Yes, we kissed the Blarney Stone. After talking about it for what seemed like days, we figured we would just go and get close to the stone and not kiss it because it seems gross. After all, we waited in line behind hundreds of other people. But once you get up there, you just gotta kiss it! They do clean it off after each person which is reassuring I suppose. This was pre-Covid too FYI.. But not pre-germs 🤷♀️
We also visited the Butter Museum. Didn’t know it was there and just kind of stumbled across it. The Irish love their beer, potatoes, and butter. So we had to stop in! The only thing that would have been the icing on the cake (or the butter on the potato, in the case) would’ve been some samples!
